Information Sharing Agreement: By participating in the Dhamam Channel Partner Connect program, you consent to voluntarily share/upload information on Dhamam’s digital platforms,  www.dhamam.com. All information provided in the registration form must be complete and accurate for your submission to be considered valid. For any inquiries regarding the program, please refer to the contact details provided in the referral section of our website or digital platforms.

Referral Leads (RL) Submission: You agree to share/upload personal details of your referrals, such as friends, relatives, associates, coworkers, or others, including names, email addresses, and mobile numbers, in good faith. The date of referral submission will be considered as the Referral Date (RD). You are responsible for the referrals made and are encouraged to refer individuals who have an interest in real estate purchases.

Referral Lead Verification: Upon receiving your RL(s), we will check our database for any pre-existing entries of the referred individuals for Dhamam projects up to 60 days prior to the RD. If the RL already exists in our database, we will notify you, and such RLs will not be considered valid referrals.

Referral Tagging: Accepted RL(s) will be exclusively associated with your name for a duration of RD+60 days.

Communication About Referrals: You will be notified about the status and progress of your referrals via the designated email address provided on our website. A welcome email will be sent within 1-2 business days from the RD, followed by updates on the progress of your valid RL(s).

Confidentiality: Your confidentiality will be maintained throughout the Program unless disclosure of your name is necessary in case of any objections by the RL(s).

Follow-up with RL(s): Dhamam’s team will reach out to the RL(s) through telephone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages during the RD+60 days period to ensure effective follow-up for marketing/sales of premises in Dhamam’s projects.

Updates on Referral Progress: During the RD+60 days period, you will receive updates on the marketing and sales efforts related to your RL(s) through email, telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Referral Gift Eligibility: You will be eligible for a Referral Gift (RG) if your RL(s) successfully complete a purchase within a Dhamam project and fulfill the property’s sale agreement registration. Information about your RLC(s) and RG(s) will be communicated via email.

Taxation: Any RG may be subject to Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), where applicable. Any tax liability arising from the RG will be your responsibility.

Referral Closure: If the RL(s) do not conclude a purchase within RD+60 days or request no further contact, you will be notified of this development, and such RL(s) will no longer be pursued for marketing or sales activities.

Compliance with RERA: Should RERA regulations require you to register as a Channel Partner, you agree to comply promptly. Dhamam’s Channel Partner team will assist you with the registration process.

Program Rights: Dhamam reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any terms and conditions of the referral program without notice, in order to protect its business interests. In case of any disputes, the decision of Dhamam’s management will be final.

Acknowledgment: By participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
