Mrs. Deepti is an electronics engineering graduate with Masters in Business Management from University of Liverpool, UK. With over 15 years of experience in Talent development and Organization Development, she has worked with organizations of International repute. She has been on the founding teams of start-ups in Wellness , EV mobility and talent development. She works extensively as a Leadership and management coach and is a speaker in various IT & HR forums. With her unwavering dedication and multifaceted expertise she spearheads some of the critical verticals which have helped Dhamam in its remarkable growth journey expanding its footprint .

Mr. Subbu serves as the Executive Director of the company. He brings a wealth of knowledge and professional expertise to his role. He holds a Master degree in Business management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. His work experience of nearly 3 decades in operations lends strength to the company’s administrative and operational functions.
